Since 2009 till now, some bad guys (names as Lee Chin Wilson, Terry Moore, Hing Feng, etc) have been continuing using our company name ILLEGALLY to spread scam E-mails, their usual wording is that the mail receivers have won the second prize (1 Toyota Camry car and USD570, 000 cash or even bigger amount), their real intention is to cheat the mail receiver of money by asking mail receiver to remit deposit or to open a new bank account which under their control.

This is very dirty, disgusting and shameless cheating! It not only hurts our company’s reputation, but also hurts those innocent people!

We EXACTMAX (HongKong) Industry Holdings Limited, give our official statement here as below:

1)  We NEVER sponsor any COMPANY 2009 or 2010 or 2011 E-MAIL AWARDS;
2)  We NEVER have any employees or sales agents or zone coordinators named as Lee Chin Wilson or Terry Moore, Hing Feng, etc;
3)   NEVER believe in these kind of scam mails, there is NO company in the world which will use E-mail to issue awards NOR release such huge amount of money randomly;
4)  We NEVER have contact with Barclays Bank Plc.;
5)   NEVER release your personal information, such as full Name, address, country, Tel No., etc to those bad guys;
6)  We have our own company e-mail system and don’t use public mails. So NEVER trust any e-mails sent by public mail addresses;
7)  Our UK office does NOT locate in London;
8)  We have reported to the Interpol for tracking the scam mail senders. Once these guys get arrested, they will be extradited to China and sentenced to imprisonment of AT LEAST TEN YEARS for the crime of International fraud;
9)  Anyone who knows the scam mail sender’s hiding location are welcomed to contact the Interpol or us, our company will GIVE AWARDS to the just people.
